Returns

◆ Return for Exchanges 

Unfortunately since it is a hand-made product, the color, pattern and shape may change slightly. This is the unique charm of each handicraft product and cannot be used as the basis for return and refund.We only replace items if they are critical defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please feel free to contact us{info@janehandicraft.com} , we are glad to help.

We cannot refund if it occurs one of the following two situations.

  1. Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).
  2. Choose the return method for cash on delivery.

 

Refunds

◆ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.

◆If you return for exchange, we will ship the item you want after receiving your returned product.The exchange time may vary depending on where you live.If you are shipping an item over $75, you’d better choosing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not refund you if we can not receive your returned item.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank.
